Artist Isiah Burman’s Earth Day Figure of Peace. Burman, a sophmore at FSU, created this work as a Three Dimensional Design assignment: part of a 36 piece sculpture installation on view throughout the weekend outside the Fine Arts building on campus. Burman explained that the figure is headless and transparent to convey a sense of anonymity: no one single person will peacefully resolve the sustainability issue, all people must unite their voices.
